Rene Jusinger

René Jusinger is a substitute at HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH and has been supporting the firm with his expertise since 2008. The focus of his work is on banking & finance, contract law, real estate law and family law. Another focus is the legal support of complex M&A transactions as well as company formations and restructurings.

René Jusinger graduated from the University of Vienna in 2002 and subsequently completed his court clerkship. In 2004 he joined Hopmeier & Wagner Rechtsanwälte OG as an associate before joining HSP.law in 2007. Since 2008, René Jusinger has been a registered attorney at law and a salaried partner at HSP.law.
