Valentin Engelbert

Mag. Valentin Engelbert is a partner at HSP.law with extensive expertise in real estate, administrative, and constitutional law. He specializes in large-scale real estate transactions, complex due diligence reviews, and commercial tenancy law. In public real estate law, his focus lies particularly on construction, spatial planning, and operating permits law. He regularly represents clients before administrative courts and the highest courts of public law.

Mag. Valentin Engelbert began his career at HSP.law in 2010 as a legal assistant during his law studies at the Juridicum Vienna. He became a partner at the firm in July 2025.
